1990s white cotton blouse that has been upcycled to a crop top. This one has puff sleeves, ruffle detail around the neckline, tons of gathers, and cool cut out and embroidered detail on the sleeves. The bottom has an fully covered elastic band. It is in great vintage condition and would fit modern medium/possibly large (it is clipped in back on mannequin in photos) - please refer to measurements below taken while blouse was flat on table:
*armpit to armpit - 20 in
*high elastic waist: 28 - 34 in
*Length - 13 in
Throw this one on anything with a high waist and your done!
